Precision Fabricators Ltd has a 25-year history of exceptional quality, technological innovation, and consistent performance providing solutions in the chemical deposition industries. The unique pressure vessels manufactured by Precision Fabricators are constructed to safely hold highly corrosive chemicals processed under high pressure and temperature. These chemicals are used to produce high-purity gases for semiconductor molecular deposition, pharmaceutical drug production, biotech synthesis, and a host of other materials and products. Precision Fabricators has over 200 cylinder designs including bypass valves, dip tubes, relief tubes, integrated thermowells, level sensors, pneumatic, automatic or manual valves, and a wide range of volumes from 100 ml to tens of liters. As a spinoff from Hodge Engineering, Precision Fabricators has a 50 year legacy of manufacturing and volume production. Precision Fabricators boasts a modern, world-class facility south of Boston, and skilled craftsmen that can conceive, design, engineer, fabricate, test, clean, and produce the world’s finest bubblers, cylinders, and ampoules.

LEADERSHIP

David Diamond, CEO
David has led several technology companies in telecommunications, military, automotive, and satellite industries. David has over 30 years of experience in engineering leadership, advanced manufacturing, product innovation, sales, and building global relationships. David has a lifelong love of technology and innovation that he channels into his work, and that has led to numerous awards and citations from the US Joint Chiefs of Staff, publications such as Fortune Magazine, Supply Executive, and Mass High Tech, and customers and partners alike. David has a BSME from Penn State University, a BSEE/MSEE from Monmouth University, and an SM/MBA from MIT where he is an active mentor of startup companies. David cites Marcy, his wife of over 25 years, and sons Joshua and Zachary as enduring inspirations.

Dan Yukon, Senior Designer and Engineering Advisor
Dan has over 40 years of experience working in precision manufacturing industries, constructing both large and small pressure vessels for a wide range of industrial and technological applications. Dan has designed hundreds of cylinders and bubblers used globally over the past 25 years. He was formerly the founder and CEO of Precision Fabricators Ltd, and is now the Founder and CEO of Essential Life Solutions, a developer and manufacturer of chromatography columns for biotech, pharmaceuticals, and life sciences.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Gregg Brown
Mr. Brown is a member of the boards of directors of Schenectady International Group (SI Group) and Auterra. Mr. Brown has over 20 years of experience in the chemical industry, first at Air Products & Chemicals, and then at SI Group. He has held management and executive roles in engineering, manufacturing, sales, purchasing, and M&A. Mr. Brown holds a BSE from Princeton University, a ME from MIT, and MBA from Temple University.

Thomas Klein
Mr. Klein is General Partner at Equity Management Partners. He is a member of the board of directors of PurposeEnergy, a bio-waste energy company, and lead mentor for several MIT startups. He founded and served as CEO or EVP of four technology companies in optoelectronics and biotechnology. Mr. Klein holds a BS and MBA from MIT.

Pierre Villeneuve
Mr. Villeneuve is General Partner at Equity Management Partners. He sits on the advisory board of four companies spun out of MIT. He founded and served as CEO of three high-tech companies in optoelectronics and process analysis. Previously, he was Research Scientist at MIT and Adjunct Professor of Engineering at Brown University. Mr. Villeneuve holds a Ph.D. in Physics from Laval University, Canada.
